The Panama Gringo is written by an American who spends much time in Panama although he doesn’t live in country. The blog does include a lot of detailed information about living abroad in Panama that should be of interest for anyone thinking about retirement in that country. There is a nice selection of articles on things to do, places to eat, entertainment, shopping and relocation to Panama. The blog is recommended reading for anyone who may consider retiring abroad in Panama.

I had some friends take their boat through the Panama many years ago and the things I have seen tell me that it has changed a lot. I have never been there and I wounder if it really has changed that much? Some day I will go through on my own boat. Should be interesting to look at the Panama Blog.
